How CallOne works

Wait for the dial tone |

Dial the destination number; country code + area
code + phone number followed by #. For instance, to call a London number in the UK you
dial 300 60 001, get the dial tone and then dial country code 44, area code 171 and phone
number 452 0453 followed by #. |

To place another call - do not hang up - simply
press # to get a new dial tone. |
CallOne features
- Make use of CallOne from another phone line (payphone, friend's phone etc.) by inputing
a PIN number to get the dial tone.
- Frequently called phone numbers can be stored under a two-digit code for speed dialling.
- Check your current outstanding balance by pressing * at the dial tone.
How to pay for CallOne services
You will receive a monthly itemised invoice showing details of the calls
you have made. You can make payment by cheque, direct debit or by paying the amount
directly to Telecom One's bank account, Hong Kong Bank 600-871305-001.
How to register for CallOne
1. Register all your phone line numbers - home, office, mobile, fax are all
accepted.
2. Get a CallOne PIN number so you can make use of CallOne anywhere in Hong Kong.
