TELECOM ONE IDD & VALUE ADDED SERVICES FOR BUSINESS CUSTOMERS

 Access to Telecom One

Access can be provided either by direct connect T1 Circuits from the Telecom One international switch to a company's PABX equipment or by dial access using the 300 60 001 access number. The requirement threshold for a direct T1 access, is a medium to high IDD usage requirement. Where this threshold is achieved the T1 access methodology will provide a discount saving to the customer. For business' that do not meet the traffic criteria whereby a direct connection would be an additional cost item, Telecom One wishes to advise that it will be obtaining a 4 digit access number from OFTA and expects this dialing facility to be in place early in 2000. This will simplify corporate access and will reduce the dialing digit sequence to access Telecom One.

Telecom One provide Account Managers to work with its business customers. This ensures customers maximize their telecommunications efficiency and the benefits of using Telecom One as their service vendor. Our programs provide true value and a focus on quality of service.

IDD Volume Discounts and Flexible Calling Plans

Executive Messaging Service

This service provides business executives with a 24-hours intelligent service personalized to assist with incoming call management (including Fax & email). This service includes Concierge services such as Limousine, Hotel & Flight reservations, restaurant, translation services, flowers etc. There is nothing to replace the intelligence of a fully trained human for messaging management.

Outsourcing, Back Office and inbound 24-hours Services

The Telecom One call center can undertake customized inbound services on behalf of business' that wish to maintain a customer service out of hour cover for their customers. Alternatively this service can also be full time around the clock providing a total solution.

International Inbound Hotlines

This service broadens the inbound 24-hours customer service to include other international destinations. This means business can provide true global customer service. Telecom One will provide International Toll Free lines directly onto the call center and provide customized scripting for call answering.

Telemarketing

Outbound Direct Marketing & Telemarketing programs can be designed and undertaken to promote the customer's own business in what ever industry segment that may be. This is a growing business technique in Hong Kong. The Telecom One call center is expert in the design and execution of such programs.

Customized Pre-paid Promotional Cards

Telecom One can design and produce business promotional Pre-paid calling cards. The front face contains the advertising content - picture logo/slogan etc. The rear face will detail the dialing and call set up sequence instructions. Telecom One does not require its brand to be shown, so the program is 100% designed to promote the business customer's campaign avoiding brand confusion.

Conference Calling

Telecom One is currently upgrading its switch platform. Three-way conferencing is currently available. A more comprehensive bridge feature will be added later in 2000.

Real Time Internet access to Call Detail Records. As with conferencing this new feature will be available later in 2000.
