New IDD Rates
With effect from 1 November 1998 we are offering even lower rates. You can now make off-peak calls for as low as this: USA, Canada $1.99; UK $3.49; France, Germany, Italy $3.99; Philippines $6.49, Europe $5.99. Furthermore, from now until the end of January the off-peak rates will apply 24 hours per day so the more you call the more you save.

Introduce a Friend
Introduce your friends to the CallOne IDD service and earn $50.00 credit for each successful application. The $50.00 credit will be applied to your account once the new customer has spent $500.00 on the CallOne service. If your friends sign up in November they will also get the off-peak rates 24 hours per day until then end of January.

Special Features
Remember that you can always check your current outstanding balance by pressing * when you hear the dial tone. The balance announced is on a per line basis so if you have more than one line registered you need to check the balance from each line to get the total amount.

When you dial and you get a busy tone or no answer - don’t hang up, just press # and you get a new dial tone.

Speed Dial
Have you registered your speed dial numbers yet? You can register phone numbers you call frequently so that you do not need to enter the full number every time you call. Just fax or e-mail us the numbers you want to register or give us a call. Our low rates apply to all numbers, both speed dial number and normal numbers.

Access Code
Get a 10-digit access code so that you can use the service from any phone, anytime, anywhere in Hong Kong.

Number display
If you have asked Hong Kong Telecom to block number display from your phone line (i.e. the called party cannot see your number on their display) you need to enter 1357 before dialling 300-60-001. Alternatively you will have to enter the 10-digit access code to use the service.

Program your Telephone or Fax Machine
Check the instruction manual for your telephone or fax machine. Most likely you can program the number 300-60-001 so that you only need to press one button to get the international dial tone.
