1. How many countries is the service available to?
The service is currently available to more than 200 countries world-wide. For a full rate
list, please call the hotline or check the rates page.
2. Do I get billed on a per-minute basis?
After the initial 30 seconds you will be billed on a per 6 seconds basis.
3. Can I call from any phone?
Yes, you can use any type of phone line- home, office, mobile, fax or payphone.
4. If I dont call from my own phone, will the owner of the telephone line get
charged for the call?
No, the owner of the phone line will incur no charges at all. All calls will be billed to
your account.
5. Do I get charged for busy or unanswered calls?
No, you will not be charged for any unanswered or busy calls.
6. How do I pay for the service?
We have three easy ways of paying for the service: Direct debit, credit card, cheque or by
depositing the amount directly to our bank account.
7. Can I get itemised statements?
Yes, you will get itemised monthly statements.
8. How do I use the service?
Just call our access number on 300-60-001. If you are calling from the phone line you have
registered with us, you will get dial tone straight away and can then dial the
international number. If you are calling from another phone line you will have to input
your PIN number.
9. Can I become an agent for your service?
Yes, we are looking for agents for our service. Please find more information about our
agent programme on the Web site or contact
us for further information.
10. Do I have to be a Hong Kong Telecom subscriber to use your service?
No you do not need to have your own phone line or be a subscriber with any of the local
Hong Kong phone companies.
